I am writing to formally escalate my complaint regarding the violation of society rules at Vazira Riddhi Siddhi CHS. On 19.03.2025 attached cop of letter , I had submitted a written complaint to the society secretary concerning the persistent playing of football in the common areas despite clear prohibitions. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, there has been no response or action taken to address this issue. I am not sure why he is delaying to take any formal action, I am of the opinion that early action will be in good faith to avoid any further accidental damages to human or property. Also i believe that his intervention can help to avoid any verbal fights amongst society members in near future.
The continuous playing of football / Cricket in society premises is causing serious safety, property, and peace concerns for the residents. Some of the key concerns include:
- Personal Safety: On March 16, my wife was unexpectedly hit by a football while standing near the gate. Fortunately, she was not injured, but this incident highlights the potential risk of accidents that can lead to serious harm.
- Damage to Property: There have been multiple instances where footballs have hit parked vehicles and windows, leading to possible financial losses for residents. This complaint is not targeted at any specific individuals but is a collective concern for ensuring the well-being of all residents. Since the society secretary has failed to address this matter despite clear rule violations, I am seeking intervention from your office to ensure that appropriate actions are taken.
I kindly request you to:
- Direct the society management to implement necessary measures to prevent unauthorized activities in common areas. **Our society secretary.
- Ensure that prior warnings or actions taken, if any, are shared with me for reference.
- Take any legal or regulatory action deemed appropriate to maintain harmony and safety in the society.
