Delivery problems

The delivery man is refusing home delivery and insists on handing over the parcel to the Security guard. This is not permissible in our organization. Right now my orders are not being delivered but cancelled after reaching the gate. How do i handle this?

It’s your right to receive your order at your designated delivery address. You should raise your concern with the support team of the delivery company by calling the provided customer care number as this is often the fastest way to get immediate help.

Explain the situation clearly, emphasizing that the delivery driver is refusing to deliver to your door and that your order is being canceled.

You can also email with details about your order, the delivery driver’s actions, and the date/time of the incident.

If provided, use online chat options through their website or mobile app to communicate directly with a representative in real time.

When you contact the delivery service, be clear and firm in your request for home delivery. Explain that this is your designated address and that you are not comfortable with the package being left with security.

Ask the delivery service to provide you with a specific timeframe for when your order will be delivered to your door. If it’s not delivered within that timeframe, you should be able to request a full refund.
