For my one of order delivery boy asked to come to specific location when I said no then he informed to company that I wanted to cancel the order
From Ecom Express there is two courier I have to received the delivery boy asked me to come to specific location for pickup I said no to him after than till 15min I guided him about my address he reached to my location still he said he is unable to find my house he again asked me to cone to specific location again I said no then he informed to company that I asked him to canceled the order but I never canceled the order in this situation what can I do

To report the delivery agent’s false cancellation and refusal to deliver your Ecom Express packages, contact Ecom Express customer care at +918376888888 or email customerservice@ecomexpress.in. You should also lodge a complaint to the respective e-commerce or ordering platform. Share your tracking ID and explain the full situation, including the agent’s behavior. You can also file a complaint via their support portal. If unresolved, consider escalating it on the National Consumer Helpline.
If still need help, reply to us with name of the e-commerce platform or company.
Today also I asked the company to reattempt the delivery but still that delivery boy directly canceled my order without my permission. He never called me or never reach to my location still he is continuously canceling my orders. And the Ecommer express only have onne support number that is handled by virtual assistant they dont have any complaint number.
@Lalita_Diwan, you should email your complaint at customerservice@ecomexpress.in or submit the online Support Form (ecomexpress.in), and ask the reference number of the case. Also, tell the company about this problem and they can also lodge a complaint with Ecom Express.
Further, you may lodge a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) against Ecom Express.
