I would like to complain against Akash Thapa( Contact No: XXXXXX8896) who is a delivery boy of Valmo delivery partner of Meesho. I had received a message from Meesho that my order #163545736259669574 is out for delivery and will be delivered today(21/06/2025). My tracking ID for the same is VL0081335358464. Delivery boy namely Akash Thapa had called me around 4:30 pm for the delivery of the product. As our office hours is from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm I had already left for home. He asked me whether he could deliver the product to any known person from the same locality and I said to deliver him the product tomorrow(22/06/2025) as my colleague will be in the same locality of the said given delivery address. But he said he will not come to that locality. Then I told him to delivery it on 23/06/2025. But again he said the product will be automatically cancelled after three re-attempts. I said him that the third attempt will be on 24/06/2025 but he denied to deliver and he cancelled the order from his side.

To address the cancellation of your Meesho order #163545736259669574 by the delivery agent, first contact Meesho customer service at query@meesho.com or via the in-app Help Center under “Order Issue” to request an immediate redelivery. You may also email with your order details and tracking ID VL0081335358464, including the agent’s name (Akash Thapa) and contact. If unresolved within 48 hours, escalate to the E-Commerce Grievance Officer or lodge a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000.
