Whenever delivery boy comes he always tell me to come down and take your product I will not come upstairs you have to come down also he misbehave with me my house is on upper floor and my order is COD I have talked so many times about this problem to meesho customer care agent but then also they haven’t taken any action what should I do he is very rude and very misbehaving please take action as soon as possible this is very disappointing

To report the delivery agent’s repeated refusal to deliver upstairs and his rude behavior, contact Meesho’s customer care at 080-61799600, email to query@meesho.com, or raise a detailed complaint through the app under: Orders > Need Help > Delivery Partner Behavior. Since your past complaints were ignored, escalate the issue via the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000.
