I am gst verified seller on meesho,i have got wrong returns of my product from the customer,resulting in big loss,i have all the related videos and photos of the wrong product received.Meesho is not taking my complaints,and the courier company[DELHIVERY] is also responsible for my loss,as while picking up the return product from the customer,they do not cross check the product with actual product picture.
i request the authorities to file my complaint for these companies and the customer.
To address the wrong return you received and Meesho’s unresponsiveness, raise a dispute via the Meesho Seller Desk in your app or email sell@meesho.com with your order ID, videos, and photos of the incorrect item.
At the same time, email Delhivery’s grievance team atcustomer.support@delhivery.com with pickup details and evidence, requesting reimbursement. If neither resolves your case within 7 days, lodge a formal complaint on the National Consumer Helpline or approach your local consumer forum with all documentation.
