An item was ordered from Meesho, attracted by its low price. A few days later, a message claimed the item had been delivered, but this was incorrect. A complaint was immediately filed with customer support. Despite efforts, online complaint forums and grievance redressal systems proved ineffective. Each time, a generic response stated delivery was confirmed by an OTP (One-Time Password), which was false. A thorough investigation was repeatedly requested, including a review of the residence’s CCTV footage, but these pleas were ignored. I deleted the Meesho app eventually . While the experience was disappointing, there was some solace in the fact that a significant amount of money was not lost. This served as a reminder to be cautious when tempted by exceptionally cheap deals on such platforms. They simply donot have mechanisms to address customer complaints or grievances, therefore be very careful before placing the order. I give their customer support 1 out of 10 ( extremely poor )

To address your Meesho order marked delivered without OTP confirmation, contact Meesho customer care or email query@meesho.com with your order number. Use the Meesho Help Center to file a fresh support ticket, demanding a detailed probe—including CCTV verification.
If this fails, escalate to grievance officer or lodge a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline.
