I have ordered 3 products from Meesho but cancelled without asking

I have ordered 3 products from meesho waited for 2 weeks to receive the order after that i haven’t even received any calls from delivery agent I it’s a prepaid order the next day order cancelled by customer support with out askig Canceled my orders however I have not received still the refund amount if I contact support they are giving response and need full answers again I have ordered 3 item still it’s not delivered

If any one please look into this

For refund issues on prepaid orders and undelivered items, contact Meesho support via the app under “Orders > Need Help” or call their available helpline number. Clearly mention your order IDs while raising the concern.
If Meesho fails to resolve this, you can escalate the matter through the National Consumer Helpline at or call 1800-11-4000.
