my shipment was to be delivered yesterday which hasn’t been delivered. Ecom Express system is so poor and automated that they don’t facilitate talking to customer care agent. My AWB no 10598729496. Delivery agent also keeps cutting my calls and do not respond. Such a pathetic service from Ecom Express. Please take action against people. We don’t even know where to raise matter. Such an exploitation is happening. No dedicated portal for filing complaints about delivery and shipment services of Ecom Express is there.
