My shipment is at warehouse but warehouse people marked it as a LOSS, so they said they can not going to forward or not going to give it to me which is unbelievable after using xpressbees,
I am continuously contacting many people after 3 june, pickup boy collect 2 shipment but only scan 1 shipment and another is still not connected or even not scan at warehouse,
After waiting too much time we contact many persons and helped me but they told it’s marked as a LOSS that’s why they unable to forward it, so I need our shipment back from warehouse, so please allow my person to collect and find my parcel.
They removed barcode label and hold it after 7 day they marked as lost,
I asked their warehouse address but no-one of Xpressbees person give me warehouse address which is very suspicious…
When my person go to their warehouse my all shipments is out of the bag and the put into basket,
So why they open my shipment?
Who authorised to xpressbees employee to remove my shipment from bag?
Are they doing it by intentionally?
If they neeed any shipment than their employee will remove barcode and hold it for a week than they mark as LOST.
They force me to accept 2000inr instead of shipment amount 14k.
