fraudulent activities by ExpressBees

ExpressBees keep refusing to deliver products by using the excuse- “Customer refused OTP” despite not calling even once while delivering nor responding to any concerns or reports despite re-attempting the delivery 3 times. i have tried calling their support multiple times, its just a automated system that doesnt do anything.
Their “Customer complaint system” on the website is also just an automated reply system

To report XpressBees’ false delivery attempts and lack of support, email your complaint with order ID and failed delivery details to customercare@xpressbees.com or call at +9102049116100. If unresolved, file a complaint to the National Consumer Helpline with evidence of delivery failures and lack of human response from their system.
