Why shipment not delivered and false remark by XpressBee?

Dear Sir,

Under above mention AWB No here your representative not visit my house but Remarks : Refuse customer.

This is very poor service and I need this materials most urgent.

Please provide me the way of solve this matter. Because its taking too long.
