Parcel not delivered from DTDC

Since yesterday, I have been in touch with DTDC customer support regarding the status of my shipment. While I have received emails confirming that a ticket has been raised, I was not provided with the ticket number until I contacted your support team again today. The ticket number for this issue is 16774216 and Tracking ID: 95254404
Upon speaking with the support executive, I was informed that my shipment is currently missing and that efforts are underway to locate it. I was also advised to contact the sender for further assistance. However, the sender has shared a screenshot of the tracking details and has indicated that they are unable to take any additional action.
This shipment is critical as it is intended for an event that has already been postponed twice. We are now urgently awaiting the delivery of this shipment to proceed. I kindly request your team to prioritize this matter and provide me with a resolution at the earliest.
DTDC escalation mail grievance.officer@dtdc.com is getting bounced. There is no response from feedback@dtdc.com

6479/4 Balaji market, group floor gate no.3 fatehpuri Masjid Katra baryan Delhi 110006.

Unfortunately, till date, the parcel has not been delivered and it was inordinately delayed my product is in transit before 17 days at guwahati. I was send my product on air Cargo. Despite several follow-ups and tracking attempts, I have not received any satisfactory response from your customer care.

This has caused me (and the receiver) significant inconvenience and loss. I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and ensure that:

My consignment is delivered immediately in good condition (if still pending).
A proper explanation is provided for the delay/negligence.
Necessary action is taken against the concerned staff responsible for this lapse.
I hope you will take immediate steps to resolve this issue. Kindly acknowledge this complaint and inform me about the action taken at the earliest.

Since it has been stuck in Guwahati for over 17 days despite being sent via air cargo, request an immediate update and resolution by following the above given instructions to lodge your grievance with DTDC. If unresolved, escalate the issue to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH).
