I have been in contact with DTDC for the past 12 days for my order(C45048304) not being delivered and have been marked a fake delivery . The agents have just one standard script tat this is our top priority… absolutely horrible service and customer care . This is not the first time such horrible service is rendered… and my friends have experienced the same issue… no accountability shown … Have to drag these ppl to consumer court… professional couriers just provides so much better service …. Such a horrible experience
