We have couriered Important documents to London, U.K. thru DTDC express but more than one and a half months, packet is not delivered and we have spent 6,000/- Inclusive of Form cost 3,000/- and courier charges Rs. 3,000/-. The courier company do not agree to compensate… Then again we have sent same documents worth Rs. 6,000/- thru DHL and the same has been received by party in the 3 days… This cost total of Rs. 12,000/- . We never recommend this DTDC courier for international goods.

As per your concern, your important documents haven’t been delivered after a month and a half, an additional cost you incurred due to DTDC’s delay.
I recommend you file a formal complaint with the DTDC regional office or their head of customer service. You can also call the DTDC’s customer care number +919606911811 / +917305770577 or email customersupport@dtdc.com.
Finally, you can also file a consumer complaint to the Consumer Forum through the E-DAAKHIL portal.
