DTDC Express delivered Damaged Product

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had booked Consignment No.V85465890 @ V85465891 with DTDC, Baner, Pune Office.
I was told that the since the material is Fragile, I need to pay more, as it requires sensitive handeling. I readily paid the amount.
Later, when the Parcel was received on the destination, the monitor screen was damaged. It seemed to be banged with a rod type thing on the outer face of packing in order to damage the screen of the monitor badly.
This clearly looked like a mischief, and there was no support from either of your agents to compensate the loss.
I am attaching all the pictures and videos, as a proof and request you to Compensate my loss, which accounts to Rs.18430, within 03 working days.
I won’t mind approaching to Consumer Court and at the same time tweeting my hardships to concerned Ministry of Government of India, if my concerns are not addressed.
