If your shipment is not delivered by the DTDC even after giving multiple reminders, you can call the DTDC’s helpline number +919606911811 or +917305770577 or email customersupport@dtdc.com.

I did ordered something and my package delivered through dtdc company
But My package i did not get yet and showing fake my package has already del8vered but on reality i did not get my package yet infact the staff is not good they are not giving satisfied answer already my package abou to bring 21 oct b7t now today is2 nov but i did not get yet my package is very coatly
I bought book and for that book from 1 year i saved money my. Parents don’t have money to buy again we are totally disturb and due to this my study is incomplete please help us

Please urgently contact DTDC customer care at + 919606911811 or email customersupport@dtdc.com with your tracking number, explaining your situation and that the package is costly and essential for your studies. Ask for escalation if unresolved.

But sir i did this thing already multipel of time but they were saying same thing multiple of time ,they aaid they will be deliver our order in 24 hrs from 6 day but they did not deliver yet sir plwase i am requesting you please help us
Dear @Pritam_Ranjan further, you can file a consumer complaint against DTDC at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
Additionally, try to visit the nearest DTDC logistics center to make the inquiry, if the parcel is available there, picked it.
