Shipment delay

Sir,

I have ordered a dress online which the seller had sent through DTDC. The photo of the parcel they had sent me has adress correctly written. It has the reference no. As D2002333220. When tracked it shows the status as delivered to some other address.

Pls help in this matter.

We understand how concerning it is to see your parcel marked delivered to the wrong address. To address your mis-delivered parcel (DTDC Ref: D2002333220), contact DTDC customer support at +919606911811 / +917305770577 (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–7 PM) or email customersupport@dtdc.com. Provide your AWB number and delivery photo for investigation. Also notify the seller to raise a claim.

If DTDC doesn’t resolve within 7 days, lodge a grievance with the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000 or 1915 (8 AM–8 PM, except national holidays).
