I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the non-delivery of a parcel sent via your courier service. Below are the details of the consignment:

Date of Booking: 27th January 2025
Booking Location: Nagercoil DTDC
Destination: GOMATHIPURAM, MADURAI
The status of the parcel shows that it reached the destination on the same day and has been marked “Out for Delivery.” However, as of today, 1st February 2025, the parcel has not been delivered to my customer.
I have contacted your customer service team multiple times to resolve the issue. While I was assured that the delivery would be made soon, no action has been taken so far. This delay has caused significant inconvenience to my customer, who is now requesting a refund. This situation not only jeopardizes my relationship with a loyal customer but also affects the reputation of my business.
I kindly request DTDC to:

Investigate the delay in delivery and ensure the immediate delivery of the parcel.

Provide compensation for the loss incurred due to this service failure.
