Complaint Against Delivery Partner – Misconduct & Unfair Charge Request

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a highly unprofessional experience I had with a delivery partner today.

I had placed an order through your app and clearly mentioned the correct delivery instructions in the note section. However, the delivery partner called me upon arrival and demanded extra money just to come to the mentioned location, which is completely inappropriate. Despite giving clear directions, the delivery partner behaved rudely and disconnected the call when I tried to explain.

Shortly after, I received a call from one of your agents, who insisted that I must pay the extra charges, or else cancel the order—which would also incur cancellation charges. This is both unfair and unacceptable, especially since the delivery issue was not from my side.

I was forced into a situation where neither option was fair to me as a customer. I did not refuse delivery without reason, nor did I make any mistake in providing the location. This behavior has made me feel disrespected and cheated.

I request a full refund for the order and a strict action against the delivery partner involved. Please treat this matter with urgency. If no proper resolution is provided, I will be compelled to escalate this to consumer forums and social media platforms.

Please raise a formal complaint about the delivery partner demanding extra payment and behaving rudely, through the app’s Help section under “Order Issues” or call customer support directly. Request a refund citing harassment and improper conduct. If not resolved satisfactorily, you can escalate the matter to the National Consumer Helpline (1800-11-4000).

Kindly share the name of the company you ordered from and the delivery partner involved to assist you better.
