Fraud by supplier on Alibaba – Order not delivered, no refund, fake tracking

I paid $3,226 to a verified supplier on Alibaba. Shipment was supposed to arrive within 45 days, but it’s been over 60 days with no delivery.

They gave me a fake tracking number, refused to refund me, and Alibaba support keeps extending the deadline instead of resolving the case.

All evidence (screenshots, chats, delivery promise, and social media exposure) has been uploaded. I’ve also shared everything publicly on Twitter, Reddit, and Instagram.

This is clear fraud and delay. I request urgent action from authorities. Alibaba is failing to protect customers.

Lodge an FIR with local police or your cybercrime cell citing the supplier’s name and fake tracking. File a complaint via Alibaba Help Center.
Next, email Alibaba’s legal team and demand resolution by Aug 15. If still unresolved, engage a trade lawyer for a formal demand letter or file in small claims court.
