Hello, I connected one reseller named Carpentry Kart- SALASAR INDUSTRIES listed in Amazon.in. I ordered one furniture set and made advance payment online. Now, its been 2 months and no delivery. he is not picking up my phone or giving refund. Based on Amazon.in data, reseller is from Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Please help!

First, you should contact Amazon’s support team directly about this issue. They can investigate the situation and may take action against the reseller.
If Amazon is unable to assist or no action is taken, you should file a police complaint or FIR (First Information Report) at your nearest local police station. This will officially report the online fraud and cheating incident.
Be sure to provide the police with all the relevant information you have, including the reseller’s name, contact details, order information, and any communication you’ve had with them.
You can also lodge an online police complaint with your state police through the CCTNS citizen portal.

Thanks for the suggestion. Amazon would not help as I connected to the seller at personal level taking reference from reseller section in Amazon.
Additionally, I tried posting my issues in twitter marking it to Jodhpur police as the address mentioned for the dealer was from Jodhpur.
Any help regarding raising police complaint will be great. Thank you!

In this case, you will have to register a police complaint at your local police station or use the CCTNS Citizen Portal of your state police instead of contacting the police at the mentioned dealer’s address.
