We was transported home appliances from Kota, Rajasthan to Bangalore on 05/10/2024. Transporter provide delivery date 17/10/2024 but delivery was not happened. when we are making call, he is disconnecting our call. Through WhatsApp messages telling stories that, we are doing our best and are we asking to you extra money or what ?. Like this kind of answers we are getting from him. It seems that, he likes to demand some extra money as per our understanding.
We decided that, like to laugh a complaint against him. Kindly let us know how to launch complaint and from where to launch complaint. Is it from Bangalore or Kota ?. We are residing at Bangalore. This is the reason transporter taking advantage and playing with us.
