I am writing to formally report a credit card fraud incident involving my account. Despite raising a complaint with my bank the issue remains unresolved and I seek your intervention in investigating this matter
My mobile cell phone is hacked and OTP generated online with the use of Amazon pay icici credit card against gold purchased fraud has been done with us
We have immediately made a complaint on cybercrime and we have submitted our Police complaint letter and FIR and Dispute form to ICICI bank and also AMAZON APP blocked through customer care .
My old mail id was in my accounts four accounts have been opened by fraudsters . Therefore, we request you to close all the accounts except our registered mail id and inform us about the unauthorized transactions that have taken place in it. We have been emailing on ofm@amazon.in daily for 3 months but till date we have not received any solution.
I have already lodged a complaint with my bank on 29 10 2024. I also mailed to safegold but they also told that Amazon mailed on 4 dec 2024 .bank also told us that our credit card was blocked on the same date of complaint by us.amazon is responsible for this because they were not informed to save gold to stop this transaction.
Safegold also informed to Amazon that unauthorised transaction in this account but Amazon not action against this and fraud has been done. in this regard safegold hold this amount of 1 week but not respond regarding Amazon that safegold release this amount in fraudsters. how can be possible? how careless Amazon in your duty?
