Indusland bank customer care harrasment

before 6 months I got a call saying that your card has activated CARD PROTECTION PLAN, you have to deregister from that other wise I have to pay rs 17 k … they told me my card number so I believe on them and after installing a app called indusind with same logo… the card was just a month old I received it just a month ago. which limit was 30k and they took all the money from the card. immediately I raised complaint it on 1930 cyber crime and block my card… after 2 days I got 9k back but remained ammount was not back on to my card… I have written so many mails to the bank but they didn’t respond with call also
