I recommend you file an online complaint with the cyber police through the National Cybercrime Reporting Portal (https://cybercrime.gov.in/) or call at 1930. They can help investigate the fraudulent transaction.
Additionally, you should contact SBI customer support immediately to block or deactivate transactions from your SBI Card.
While contacting the cyber police, provide all the transaction details, including the date, time, and amount, as well as any communication you have received related to this fraudulent activity.
