To stop unwanted banking calls, you can try the following:

  • SMS 1909: Send an SMS “Start 0” to activate DND (Do Not Disturb) on your number and block promotional calls.
  • Contact your bank: to remove your number from their promotional lists.
  • Report fraud calls: If you believe the call is fraudulent, contact the cyber police by dialling 1930 or using the National Cybercrime Reporting Portal.
  • Report the number to your telecom operator: Inform your service provider about the fraudulent number to take appropriate action.
