Steps to file an online complaint:
- Visit the IndusInd Bank’s official website (indusind.com).
- Navigate to the “Reach Us” section of the menu.
- Click “Grievance Redressal” and select the “Online Dispute Resolution” option to open the online complaint form.
- Fill out the required details including customer ID, transaction ID (if required), banking issue, and supporting evidence.
- Submit the form.
