If you want to file an e-FIR or police complaint for cognizable/non-cognizable civil offences (including civil/criminal incidents, theft, illegal activities, and harassment) and issues related to citizen services to Rajasthan Police, follow these steps or use the provided helplines or contact details to file your complaint with Rajasthan Police:

Steps to file an online police complaint or e-FIR:

  1. Visit the Rajasthan Police’s official website (police.rajasthan.gov.in).
  2. Navigate to the “Citizen Services and Information” page from the menu.
  3. Click “CCTNS Citizen Services” portal.
  4. Select the “Complaint Registration” option.
  5. Click the “Login” option to log in yourself as a citizen using the Rajasthan SSO login portal.
  6. After successfully logging in, choose the “e-FIR or complaint” option to open the online form.
  7. Fill out the form with the required details including:
    • Complainant details (name, address, contact)
    • Incident details (nature, victim, accused if known, date/time)
    • Stolen property/vehicle details (if applicable)
    • Supporting documents, IDs, or media
  8. Submit the form.

Finally, note down the reference/case number to track the status. You can also visit the nearest local police station to report an FIR with the SHO or designated officer and obtain a copy of the FIR with reference/acknowledgement ID free of cost.
