I stay in SUN SOUTH RAYZ SOCIETY, in south bopal.
Here, the builder has not done any provision fot garbage disposal. The garbage lies for a long period at the exit gate of society and even in rainy season it is outside attracting diseases.
I have tried at the society level but the management isn’t cooperative enough. The situation is the same.

Please report your concern or submit a written complaint to the president of your Sun South Rayz Society for the disposable garbage by the builder. If your society has a Resident Welfare Association, you can escalate your complaint formally through them.
Still, not resolved? You can complain to the municipal corporation of your city. Here, Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) is responsible for sanitation and waste management, including garbage collection in the city. You can file a complaint online or through the provided toll-free citizen helpline number 155303.
For any environmental concerns, especially if the garbage is causing pollution, raise your concern to the municipal corporation. You can also complain to the Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB).
If the lack of garbage disposal was not disclosed in the builder’s agreement, you can file a complaint with Gujarat RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority).
