Grievance ID 300138175 stuck as ‘Assigned to Officer’ since 23 July – no update, no response on salary issue

I filed a salary non-payment complaint through the West Bengal Samadhan Labour Grievance Portal on 23rd July 2025. The complaint ID is 300138175.
It has been showing “Assigned to Concern Officer” since the very beginning, but no officer has contacted me, no investigation has started, and no response has been received, despite multiple follow-up emails sent to wblcpg.2020@gmail.com and labourwb@nic.in.

I am suffering financial hardship due to the delay, and the Labour Department has not acted in over 2 weeks. Kindly escalate this issue, take action against the concerned officer, and help me get justice and my unpaid salary.

Dear @Lakshmi_Mohan

To escalate your Samadhan grievance (ID: 300138175), call the Chief Labour Commissioner at 033-22894039 and email clc-mole@gov.in with your complaint ID, timeline, and all follow-up emails. Call the Samadhan helpline or visit your District Labour Office in person, submitting copies of your email threads and documents.

If there’s no action within 5 days, file an RTI with the West Bengal State Information Commission (wbic.wb.gov.i) for status, and escalate to the Chief Minister’s Public Grievance Cell. As a final step, you may file a petition under the Payment of Wages Act at the Labour Court.

If still need help, reply to us.

Dear Complainthub Desk,

Thank you for your guidance.

My complaint (ID: 300138175) was recently closed on the Samadhan portal with a note that it falls under State Government jurisdiction.

I have sent an escalation email today to the Chief Labour Commissioner (email: clc-mole [at] gov [dot] in) and am awaiting a response.

The employer has not paid my salary after one full month of work, despite having proof. I kindly request any further support or escalation you can provide from your side.

Let me know if you need any additional documents or information.

Sincerely,
Lakshmi Mohan
