Dear Sir, I had done toilet registration on 29/01/2024 and even after almost 10 months my toilet has not been constructed. Sir, I have made several rounds to the Secretary, he is not ready to listen and does not provide information about any scheme related to the Panchayat.
I request you to complete my construction work as soon as possible
Thank you

Dear @sandeep_yadav

I have already answered your question, please read this:

Subject :- " Urgent Call for Action :- Inadequate Development by Kaluha Gram Panchayat, Under Rampurhat II Development Block in Birbhum District, West Bengal."

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention the lack of development and progress in the Kaluha Gram Panchayat, Under Rampurhat II Development Block in Birbhum district, West Bengal. Despite the allocated funds for Rural Development Schemes, the Gram Panchayat has failed to effectively implement necessary initiatives that would benefit the residents of Kaluha, Jagadishpur, and Dangapara Villages.

The inadequate provision of street lights poses a significant safety risk for women and children in the area. Additionally, the lack of sufficient drinking water facilities is a major concern that must be addressed urgently. The construction of toilets, canal reforms for farming, and the maintenance of roads are also crucial for the overall development of the villages.

It is disappointing to note that the village panchayat has not taken any significant steps to address these pressing issues despite repeated complaints from the residents. I urge the authorities to take immediate action against the failed Gram Panchayat and ensure that the allocated funds are utilized effectively for the benefit of the community.

I also request information on the developmental work carried out in Kaluha, Jagdishpur, and Dangapara Villages from the Financial Year 2018 to 2023, including details of the allocated funds and the projects completed.

As the Secretary of the Kaluha Samaj Swechha Shevi Sanastha (NGO), I am committed to advocating for the rights and welfare of the residents of the Villages. I urge the Public to Voice their concerns and support our efforts to demand accountability and transparency in the development initiatives of the Gram Panchayat.

Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.

Sincerely :-
Labanya Kumar Roy
