I Raman uppal ,s/o Late Mr. Ashwani uppal #454 sector 61 Chandigarh want complaint about my neighbour Mr vishal and his father R. k Sharma they both are harassing me from few months due to car parking Abusiveing me,threatning me and my family few days ago me and vishal had an argument for the same and he abused me and and wife and started pushing & hitting me, with wrong intentions and his father R k Sharma threatened me that he will make a false case against me and make me suffer in jail, saying that he is vise prisedent of housing board society and he will never let me park my car in my block misusing his powers,and kept on saying that he will burn my car and my house and when I am not at home R. k Sharma and his son,s wife started teasing my wife and son and using foul language many times for same
If something happens to me, my family or my both cars,Mr Vishal and his family would be responsible and his address is #455, sector 61 Chandigarh ground floor and I have given the same complaint in sector 61 police post to Mr sandeep on18 January but no further action had taken, I request the department to save us from them

Separately, the car parking issue you’re experiencing in your area falls under the jurisdiction of the Chandigarh Municipal Corporation. You may wish to raise a grievance with them regarding this matter as well. This will address the ongoing parking dispute independent of the harassment complaint.
