How can I complain about water supply services of Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB)?

Steps to file an online complaint

  • Visit the HMWSSB website (hyderabadwater.gov.in).
  • Navigate to “Services” section of the menu.
  • From “Customer Services“ section, click “Register Grievances” to open the online complaint form.
  • Fill out the form by providing your Consumer Account Number (CAN), type of grievance (no water supply, leakage, billing issue, or new connection), and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Submit the form.

Finally, note down the reference ID to track the status and for future escalation if needed. If unresolved, escalate the water complaint to the Deputy/Chief General Manager of the respective circle office by using phone number and email from contact page of the website.
