I’m Prerak Soni,

Resident of Sihor(364240), District Bhavnagar, State-Gujarat.

I am writing to bring your kind attention on the serious issues being faced by the residents of our village regarding water supply.

  1. The water supply is being provided only after 8–9 days, which causes great difficulty to the residents.

  2. The water supplied is often dirty and unhygienic, making it unsafe for daily use.

  3. The water pressure is very low, due to which we are unable to store sufficient water even when supply comes after long gaps.

And every 2–3 months we are told that the water motor has not working and the municipality is also not paying enough attention, also We called on 1916 to register a complaint, but we were told that nothing can be done from here.

Dear @prerak_kukadiya

To report irregular and unhygienic water supply in Sihor (364240), raise a written complaint with your local Nagar Palika office and demand inspection of the water motor and pressure system. Since 1916 did not resolve it, escalate to the Gujarat Jal Seva Nigam and Water Board via their official portal or through the state grievance portal. Include specific dates and request regular supply restoration. You can follow these instructions:
