If you have complaints regarding water supply in Bangalore city, instead of contacting Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP), you should lodge your water complaints to the Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB).
For this, you can call the toll-free helpline number 1916 or email to callcenter@bwssb.gov.in or eerbc@bwssb.gov.in.
Additionally, you can also raise your concern by filing a complaint online to BWSSB (bwssb.gov.in/) through its grievance registration portal.
If you are a customer of OCW, you may call the helpline number +918022238888 or email owcenquiry@bwssb.org.
If your complaints are not resolved, contact your Water Service Station of BWSSB via phone number, email, or visit in person. To know the contact details, visit: Contact Divisional/SDN Water Service Stations in Bangalore.
Finally, you can escalate your water complaint to the Urban Development Department and Water Resources Department through the Janaspandana, an Integrated Public Grievance Redressal System (IPGRS) of the Government of Karnataka.
