Since Maharashtra Cyber Crime placed the hold, I recommend contacting their support via the official cybercrime helpline 1930.
Additionally, visit your local SBI branch with all relevant documentation and explain your situation. The bank may assist in coordinating with the authorities.

File an Online Complaint:
Online Form : Visit SBI’s online customer request and complaint form portal (sbi.co.in) or use the YONO mobile app to lodge your complaint.
Information Required : Provide details such as complaint type, category, mobile/account number, and a brief description of the issue.
Track Status : Use the reference/ticket number to check the status of your complaint.
File an Online Complaint/e-FIR:
Visit the CCTNS Portal: Visit the Citizen Portal of the Maharashtra Police website (mahapolice.gov.in) from Citizen’s Corner.
Select “Online Complaint/e-FIR ”: Choose the appropriate option based on your situation.
