Dear @Shaik_Arfath,

I’m sorry to hear about this experience. Here are steps you can take to address the issue:

  1. File a Complaint with the Police Department: Visit the nearest police station or contact the Bangalore City Police helpline (112). Explain what happened, providing details like the officer’s name, location, and behavior. Request an investigation into the incident.

  2. Register Complaint on the CMO Portal: You can also submit a complaint on the Karnataka Chief Minister’s portal for state-level intervention. This will bring your case to the attention of higher authorities.

  3. Contact the Bangalore Police Grievance Cell: File a formal complaint online at the Bangalore City Police website or call their grievance helpline. This helps ensure the behavior of their staff is reviewed.

  4. Seek Legal Guidance: If the issue remains unresolved, consulting a lawyer could help you understand your rights and possible actions.

These steps can help you address this matter. Let me know if you need further help.
