I ordered two products from “HANDCRAFTS” in August and September and paid the whole amount through UPI (Enjamuri Lalitha). They promised me that the products would be delivered on 27 September, but they have not been delivered yet, and the response has been very poor. I want to file a case against these sellers because of their negligible response to buyers. Here I am requesting for a possible delivery date no more extension, or they have to give compensation for not delivering my products.
