You can register your complaint against these companies on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) portal of the Ministry of Consumer Affairs. Follow these instructions:
Online Grievance Registration (INGRAM): This is the recommended way to file complaints. Here’s how:
Step 1: Visit the NCH Portal (https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ )
Step 2: Register or Login
If you’re a new user, click the “Sign Up ” button and fill out the Consumer Registration Form.
If you already have an account, log in using your credentials.
Step 3: Choose the Grievance Registration Form
Select “Consumer Grievance ” from the available options.
Step 4: Register Your Complaint
Fill out the online consumer complaint form. Here’s what you’ll need to provide:
Personal Details: Name, contact information, etc.Complaint Nature: Briefly describe the issue you’re facing.Product & Service Details: Include details like purchase city, industry, product value, company name, and dealer details (if known).Description of Dispute: Explain the problem with facts and dates.Supporting Documents: Attach copies of bills, photos, warranty cards, or any other relevant documents (optional but helpful).
