For the fraud involving ₹39,300 by an immigration agent, immediately file a written complaint at your nearest police station under IPC sections related to cheating (Section 420). Additionally, report the issue on the *National Cyber Crime Portal and the Ministry of External Affairs’ grievance portal (Consular Complaints and Grievances (mea.gov.in)). If the company is registered, you may also file a consumer complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH).
