Dear Sir
We, family members, have invested more than 100 lakhs in Invoice discounting at the Falcon Group company in Hyderabad.
It was known in the news that the Falcon company had closed the office . The Falcon office is also not responding to all customers.
We have registered the case with cybercrime .gov.in. with evidence documents uploaded and received the acknowledgment and acceptance.
Please advise :
Should hard copies of the case file be submitted to the Cybercrime office and stamped acknowledgment letters obtained?
If so, where to submit these copies of the case 1) Cybercrime office, Gacchiboli, or 2) Cybercrimepolice, LB Nagar X roads

Dear @sriharik60
We understand your concern regarding the ₹1 crore investment with Falcon Group in Hyderabad and the subsequent unresponsiveness of their office. To address this issue:
-
Submission of Hard Copies: Since you’ve already filed a complaint on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal and received acknowledgment, submitting hard copies is typically not mandatory. However, providing physical copies can strengthen your case and ensure thorough documentation.
-
Where to Submit: Given your location in Uppal, Hyderabad, I advice you to submit the documents to the Cyber Crimes Police Station, Hyderabad City. This specialized unit handles cyber-related offenses and can offer targeted assistance.
-
Alternative Submission: If the aforementioned station is not accessible, consider submitting the documents to the Cyber Crime Police Station, Gachibowli. This station is part of the Cyberabad jurisdiction and also deals with cyber offenses.
-
Acknowledgment Receipt: When submitting the hard copies, ensure you obtain a stamped acknowledgment letter. This serves as proof of submission and can be useful for future reference.
-
Contacting Officers: For further clarification or assistance, you may reach out to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Cyber Crimes, Hyderabad:
If you require further assistance, please reply to us.
