How can i complaint on FedEx - Parcel -Some one mis used my details

I received a call from FedEx and they mis used my name, phonenumber for parcel delivery to iran from mumbai. i am receiving customer care calls.

I am from Hyderabad, Telangana state.

It is cyber crime.
How to proceed further.

Please help.

I think you’ve been targeted by a cyber scam. To report the scam, contact the Cyber Police at 1930 or use the National Cybercrime Reporting Portal.

You should also visit the Local Police Station to file a police complaint in Hyderabad. Also, you can use the CCTNS Citizen Portal of the Telangana Police. Read more: How can I file police complaint or e-FIR to Telangana Police?

Additionally, you should also contact FedEx’s customer service department and report the incident. They may be able to provide additional information or assistance.
