I have booked the 2 tickets to travel from Coimbatore to Bangalore in City travel bus, the date of travel is 13 October Night 10.50 departure from Coimbatore at home college, but bus came late by 40 minutes and it is also non AC , the seat was wet . Couldn’t able to laod down. Both myself and my son couldn’t able to travel properly. As I have reported to the attender. He was so lethargic and gave one cloth to cover the wet place. It is totally disappointed. Charged Rs 1500 each ticket.
I request the Authority to take action those type of transport and giving bad service. As if they are giving free service. I request the transport to take strict action against these people.
