No ac in the ac bus

No AC in the AC bus. Only the blower is on. All doors windows shut down. Completely uncomfortable travel. Tn36 N3516 BUS from erode to coimbatore. Startee 7.10am at erode. Fellow passengers complained on the same. When queried conductor he informed ac is there but only the blower fan is on and its completely sweating and hot even though the conductor noticed.
