Complaint Regarding Lack of Water Supply.
I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the lack of water supply to my residence at Poonch Basti Belicharana Jammu. Despite having paid all outstanding water bills, we have not received any water since 16-Feb-2024 this situation has caused significant inconvenience and hardship for my family. We are unable to carry out basic daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and bathing. We have also visited the office in person, but we have been met with indifference and inaction. I urge you to take immediate action to resolve this issue. We have paid our bills in full and deserve to receive the services that we are paying for.

If your complaint about water billings is not resolved by the officials of PHE Jal Shakti Jammu, even after escalating it to the higher authorities, you should lodge an online public grievance to the Appellate Authority of PHE Jal Shakti Department through the “Jammu & Kashmir – Integrated Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (JK-IGRAMS) ” within the Government of Jammu & Kashmir.
When escalating your grievance, you must provide a reference/acknowledgement number of previously lodged complaints with PHE Jammu and other supporting evidence.
