If your complaint about water billings is not resolved by the officials of PHE Jal Shakti Jammu, even after escalating it to the higher authorities, you should lodge an online public grievance to the Appellate Authority of PHE Jal Shakti Department through the “Jammu & Kashmir – Integrated Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (JK-IGRAMS) ” within the Government of Jammu & Kashmir.
When escalating your grievance, you must provide a reference/acknowledgement number of previously lodged complaints with PHE Jammu and other supporting evidence.
