Thank you for detailing the seriousness of the issue regarding fraudulent activities at the college in Baripada. If a college is issuing certificates with inflated marks in exchange for money, it is a serious offense For addressing this, you may first file a formal complaint with the local police under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 for forgery (Section 336) and cheating (Section 318).

To make your police complaint online, follow this instruction:

1. Visit Odisha Police’s official website (odishapolice.gov.in).
2. Navigate to “online service” page from the menu.
3. Click Odisha Police’s CCTNS citizen portal (citizenportal-op.gov.in)
4. Click “e-FIR” or “Complaint Registration” to open the online complaint form.
5. Choose “Login”, if you have already a citizen account or click “Register” to register yourself as a citizen.
6. Open the online complaint or e-FIR form.
7. Fill out the form with required details including:

• Your personal information (name, contact details).
• Incident details (date, time, location, description).
• Victim information (if applicable).
• Accused information (if known).
• Any supporting evidence (photos, videos).

8. Review your information and submit the complaint/e-FIR.
