To report the issue with the green chair covers received from Temu, go to the “Your Orders” section in the Temu app or website, select the order, and choose “Return/Refund” to initiate a return due to product not matching description. You can also contact Temu’s support via their help center: https://www.temu.com/support .
Steps to file an online complaint:
Visit Temu’s official website (temu.com) .
Navigate to “Support ” to get help from the support center.
Click “Chat with Temu” to start a conversation.
Provide required details including order ID, type of issue, and expected resolution.
Submit your complaint.
Finally, note down the reference/ticket ID to track status. You can also use the Temu mobile app to access online services or chat with a customer service representative.
Approach Consumer Protection Authority:
If your previous consumer complaints are not resolved or your consumer rights are violated, file a consumer complaint to the Bureau of Consumer Protection (BCP) at the FTC [2] or the California Department of Consumer Affairs with supporting evidence, product, and service, including evidence and previous resolution attempts.
