To recover your payment for the unprocessed Blinkit order, call Customer Care through the app or email info@blinkit.com quoting your transaction ID and order details. Raise a ticket via the Blinkit app or chat with screenshots of your payment confirmation. If unresolved within 3 days, escalate to the Nodal Officer at nodal@blinkit.com.

Should the refund still not be credited within 7 days of escalation, lodge a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline or file at your local consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act.
